This survey of garden-themed art from China features paintings, ceramics, carved bamboo, lacquerware, metalwork, textiles and contemporary photographs arrayed in eight galleries surrounding the Astor Court—the Met's Chinese garden modeled on a 17th-century scholar's courtyard in Suzhou, China.
