Time Out says

Sure, the Manhattan skyline is nice, but we're doubly excited about the return of open-air movies in East River State Park this summer. Seating begins at 6pm for the 8:30pm screenings, so you can bet spots will fill up fast. The Monday night series kicks off with Despicable Me on June 24 (see it before the sequel premieres on July 3!) followed by the Oscar-nominated Life of Pi (July 1), Hugo (July 8) and Up (July 22). Little ones may want to skip out on the July 15 feature, The Artist (only the most well-behaved little ones can stand two hours of black-and-white subtitles) and the violent Skyfall (July 29), but both are worth a call to the sitter. All ages.
