When I First Came to This Land

Little New Yorkers will learn about their city's melting pot beginnings at this interactive concert at the Irish Arts Center. Kiddie musician Lou Gallo and singer/storyteller Jean Rohe of The Very Hungry Band will put on a show that combines Irish and international folk songs and original tunes to teach kids about immigration. Tots can sing and dance along with the performers and check out interactive historical installations before and afterward. Ages 3–7.
