Victory Dance at The New Victory Theater

The New Victory Theater presents Victory Dance, a performance series specifically created for a younger crowd. The goal of the series is to expose kids to the different varieties of dance in New York City and inspire them to embrace the art form. Each week, children in summer camps and summer-school programs will be treated to three daytime performances,starring members of dance companies such as Urban Bush Women, Jessica Lang Dance, and Kyle Abraham. The public is invited to attend Thursday evening shows put on by that week's featured companies. Each program includes a Q&A sessions with the choreographers. Ages 8 and up.
