Trick or Treat with East Midtown

Meet up in the plaza in front of 919 Third Ave–that's the highrise right next to P.J. Clarke's–for some trick or treating NYC-style. There's face painting, a spooky photo booth and free trick or treat bags that get to fill at the dozens of participating businesses in the neighborhood. After all, this city is just a collection of villages. Ages 12 and under.
