Time Out says

During this interactive workshop, kids can uncover the process behind making a Torah. They'll learn about the history of hundred-year-old scrolls, have the chance to feel unfinished hides for parchment, mix ink, and even make goose feather quills. They'll also get to watch a scribe get down to business with his quill and parchment. Ages 5 to 14.
