Tykes can navigate down the Rio Grand or along the Gulf or Mexico in a virtual reality Kayak, transport themselves to the Alamo using green screen technology, enjoy live music from alternative country band Old 97s and Ryan Harkrider, gawk a three-foot-long alligator, and learn to two-step.
