Time Out says

Ever wish you could take a stroll on Sesame Street? Now it's easier than ever. All you need to do is head to the Upper West Side. On May 1 at 10am, make your way to the southeast corner of W 63rd St and Broadway—the location of Sesame Workshop, a nonprofit media and educational organization—for an awesome event in honor of the show's 50th anniversary. You'll join the Muppets, Big Bird, Cookie Monster, Elmo, other Sesame Street characters, as well as Mayor deBlasio, for a street-naming ceremony. All ages.
