Rescue Rue

Based on a true adoption story, this fairytale musical tells the tale of a little dog named Rue who tries to find her "Happily Ever After" in NYC with help from her Fairy Dogmother. This kid-friendly addition to the 2014 New York Musical Theatre Festival promises animal-loving famiies plenty of laughs and important life lessons about self-discovery and belonging from a cast of puppets manned by Broadway and Off-Broadway actors.
