Celebrate independent films and shorts from around the world at an 11-day film festival held at various locations in Queens. The ninth annual event, which will showcase a variety of genres, will also host Q+As, panels and other exciting events film buffs will love. Even little ones can get in on the action: Kids' Corner (March 22 at 6pm at the Museum of the Moving Image) will showcase films for kids by kids! (Next stop: Hollywood!) The whole brood will also enjoy Family Day (with a PG rating), which will feature six short films of various backgrounds (March 31 3–5:30pm at the Museum of the Moving Image.
