Preservation Detectives: When Mindy Saved Hanukkah

At this interactive storytelling event, kids will go on a Hanukkah adventure, make seasonal crafts and snack on edible dreidels. The educational family event is inspired by Eric Kimmel's When Mindy Saved Hanukkah, a fantastical story of a tiny family that lives within the walls of the Eldridge Street Synagogue. Kids and their families will follow Mindy's footsteps on a treasure hunt for a Hanukkah candle and other holiday essentials. Don't forget to make a reservation—they're required. Ages 4–10 with an adult.
