There are tons of cars zipping through Times Square at any given time, but not many made from wood! That's about to change, when the Greater New York Councils of the Boy Scouts of America host the Pinewood Derby World Championship right at the Broadway Plaza. Families can stand watch as 16 finalists compete for the title, racing their cars made from a block of pinewood, four nails and four wheels. Qualifying races start at 9am, and the final race kicks off at 2pm. All participants will get a patch and certificate and winner will take home trophies. All ages.
