Celebrating the works and gardening passion of Impressionist master Claude Monet, the New York Botanical Garden has transformed its conservatory into a scene from Monet’s paintings—water lilies, dramatic greenery and even the façade of the artist’s house included. In the Rodina Gallery, the exhibition “The Artist in the Garden” will display two rarely seen paintings by Monet, as well as other pieces by the artist, and historical photographs showing him in the gardens he used as inspiration. As the seasons change, so too will the exhibition, morphing itself to embody Monet’s fall illustrations, so you can start planning your second visit, too. All ages.
$20–$25, seniors and students $18–$22, children 2–12 $8–$10, children under 2 free
