MoMA Summergarden

Under the direction of Joel Sachs, members of the New Juilliard Ensemble perform the first concert of a long-running summer new-music series that showcases composers from all over the world. See collectives of Juilliard's best and brightest at New Music for Mixed Ensembles (July 7) and New Music for String Quartet (July 21) and listen to jazz groups Melissa Aldana Quartet (July 14) and the Aaron Diehl Trio (July 28). Note that the line for these popular events forms well in advance and the Sculpture Garden opens at 7pm; show up early for prime seating. Ages 8 and up.
