Through gentle stretching and strengthening exercises designed especially for postpartum bodies, new (and new–ish) moms will strengthen their cores and gain flexibility. The class will address common ailments like join instability due to recent pregnancy and tension from baby carrying and feeding. Instructor Audrey Lane Ellis, a professional dancer, will also teach basic infant massage techniques. The weekly classes are a great opportunity to bond with your babe while mingling with other new moms. B.Y.O. receiving blanket. Ages 18 months to 3 years.
