On the weekend before St. Patrick's Day, brave kiddos (ages 12 and up) can venture to New York's only preserved 19th-century home for a spooky candle-lit tour on Friday the 13th. Keep your eyes peeled and ears open for any ghosts! The tour will include a walk through the restored fourth-floor servants' quarters where the Tredwells' Irish servants lived, plus spooky tales about mysterious and ghostly occurrences at the house. For a non-scary tour, visit the Museum on Sunday for a stroll through the house where kids can learn more about the successes and struggles of the Irish servants who worked there, climb the narrow staircases and check out the living quarters. Ages 8 and up.
