Loco-Motion Dance Theatre for Children’s 25th Year Anniversary

It's a complicated world out there for today's youth, full of anxiety, conflicting ideas, toxic politics, social media pressures, and optimistic possibility. Trying to make sense of it all, are Loco-Motion Dance Theatre's young dancers and choreographers with this special anniversary show. These young performers, who span in age from 6 to 17, have created and conceptualized short dances to express their feelings about growing up in 2019, that reflect that full range of emotions from discos about puberty to more serious fare. Ages 6 and up.
