Kid Row Spring Fest!

Celebrate spring's long-awaited arrival with a day of sunny fun and shopping. Participating shops along 2nd Ave between 73rd and 74th Sts will offer free activities and deals throughout the day. Cozy's Cuts for Kids is offering free services from its Braid Bar, where your little one can get try out a new braided hairstyle and a manicure; Kids at Art will be hosting free art classes and glitter tattoos; Kids in Sports will set up throwing targets, basketball hoops, and football posts for all to use. If tots get hungry, they can snack on treats from 16 Handles. All ages.
