Time Out says

For those muggles still awaiting their owl invite to Hogwarts, the Scholastic headquarters will host the U.S. editor of all seven books, Arthur Levine and illustrator Kazu Kibuishi for the reveal of his new cover for the paperback edition of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Don your best dress robes for a chance to win the costume contest (the first 50 get a lithograph of Kibuishi's design), and snap a photo in a giant cut-out of the new cover. There's plenty of fun for the wandless as well: Kids can play with wizard crafts or say 'ello to Hagrid on Harry's (33rd!) birthday. Ages 6 and up.
