Time Out says

Governors Island explodes with outside-the-box creativity at the annual FIGMENT festival (which will run from approximately 10am to 6pm both days). Family highlights include interactive art projects and kids' activities as well as a custom-made treehouse and artist-designed minigolf course. All ages.
