Time Out says

New York City–based Mexican dance company Calpulli infuses movement with Mexican-American culture to educate young audiences–just in time for Cinco de Mayo. The Dances and vibrant traditional costumes are sure to get kids moving. Audiences get to join dancers for a fandango night of singing and dancing around the tarima, or stage. Live music, beautiful sets and intricate ensembles offer a fresh, fun and authentic Mexican experience. Catch a preshow workshop (1pm) to learn some moves to show off alongside the dancers during the performance. On May 9, return for a puppetry show and workshop with Théatre de Marionnettes from Quebec. Ages 10 and up.
