Among the Brooklyn Book Festival's 60 free events around the borough of Brooklyn are two animal-themed "bookend" events, appropriately held at the New York Aquarium (11:30am–12:30pm) and the Prospect Park Zoo (2–3pm). Tori Blackwell (Don't Judge a Book by Its Feathers) and Marcellus Hall (Everyone Sleeps) will read from their books at Brooklyn's two Wildlife Conservation Society outposts. Ages 1 to 7.
