Family Art Project: Fly Me to the Dove Tree

Participants of this month's art workshop will visit Wave Hill's dove tree and get a close look at its white bracts, the specialized leaves that give the tree its name. Afterward, families can make their own dove of out plaster of paris or craft one out of white paper. Admission to the grounds is free before noon, so stick around and explore afterwards. All ages.
