Fairy Afterschool Open House

Add some magic to their days with this Brooklyn wellness center's Fairy Afterschool program. Your littlest sprites will be guided through arts & crafts, dance, meditation and lessons in fairy folklore, while older elves will learn about the mystical arts of tarot, herbalism, astrology and crystal healing. Fairy Afterschool doesn't begin until January, but you can get a taste at one of two open house events on Sunday, November 9th. From 11am to 1pm, kids aged five to eight will do a wand-making craft, play theatre games and sing fairy songs. From 3pm to 5pm, kids aged nine to 12 will get an introduction to reading tea leaves and tarot cards. Ages 5 to 12.
