Time Out says

Kids can amble through a box maze, try their luck at carnival games, get creative with arts & crafts and play in one of three bouncy houses at this free Fall Fair organized by Central Park East II Elementary School. Pose for an Instagram-worthy family photo with a motorcycle, search for treasures at a rummage sale, get cool henna body art and feast on popcorn, cotton candy, homemade doughnuts and organic ice cream. Families can get a taste of some of the neighborhood's cultural institutions by checking out tables set up by the Museum of the City of New York, El Museo del Barrio and the Studio Museum of Harlem. Afterwards, take a stroll through Central Park and admire the fall foliage. Admission to the fair is free; rides and games cost $1, or you can purchase wristbands for an entire day of unlimited play. The fun goes down on E. 104th St between Fifth and Madison Aves, rain or shine. All ages.
