Location: Bridgehampton, New York

Fairview Farm at Mecox has been keeping visitors on their toes for 20 years with twists, turns and dead ends. You'll want to celebrate the corn maze anniversary by making your way through the eight-acre, two-mile long path. With picturesque views of Mecox Bay and the Atlantic Ocean in the distance, it also makes for the perfect fall photo opp when you've come to a tricky intersection and need a breather!

Location: Kerhonkson, New York

Think you have what it takes to make it through the windy, twisty dead ends of the Kelder's Farm maze? Now is the time to try! After navigating the paths among eight-foot corn stalks, take some time to enjoy other seasonal activities: mini golf, a jumping pillow, apple cannons and more. Plenty of veggies are currently in season, so peruse the PYO options, too. Note that you'll need a reservation.

The Harbes family has taken over the North Fork with farms, an orchard, a vineyard—all brimming with fun outdoor activities. Come fall, its most notable family attractions are the mazes. The Jamesport and Riverhead locations have a fun component that allows visitors to test their knowledge of Robin Hood while wandering through the paths.

On weekends, Fink’s offers Fall Festivals, complete with a barnyard, a bounce house, pony rides, hayrides, pig races, face painting, a kiddie train, character appearances, live music and a corn maze that kiddos can wander to their heart’s content.

Get into the fall spirit by seeing if you can navigate this three-acre corn maze at a farm in Queens. Called The Amazing Maize Maze, this plant puzzle at the Queens County Farm Museum lives up to the hype. This year, the maze will feature a doll theme. Fridays to Sundays, Sep 15 – Oct 28 & Monday, Oct 9.

The Outhouses started farming this land in the late 1800s, and while the name might have you do a double-take, the farm's mouthwatering selection of homemade doughnuts, fudge, pies and other goodies will completely satisfy your sweet tooth. After filling up on food, kids can pay a visit to the farm animals, pony rides, hayrides and epic corn maze.

Location: Calverton, New York

Lewin Farms takes pride in its annual corn maze designs. The original layout can be confusing, but it is well worth the challenge. It'll take nearly 30 minutes to complete the maze, and it's perfect for all age groups, so you'll definitely feel comfortable tagging along with the little ones. Although the farm notes that the kernels are not for eating, you can still snag some roasted corn from the farmstand!

Why not spice up a favorite fall activity? F&W Schmitt's Family Farm has done just that.
