Kids will learn an important lesson while taking in a show at the Brooklyn Historical Society. The organization will host Irondale Ensemble Project’s rendition of Color Between the Lines, which examines Brooklyn abolitionists who fought to free enslaved Africans. Performances are not event 30 minutes—perfect for youngsters in the crowd—and are followed by a storytelling art project. Ages 3–10.
