Brooklyn Botanic Garden Presents Pondlife

Scientist and filmmaker Sally Warring teamed up with the Brooklyn Botanic Garden to fuse art and biology into her new exhibit, Pondlife, which explores the Microbes living in the Garden's ponds. "Water, mud, weeds, some pond scum here and there. These are ordinary sights at any pond," Warring said in a statement. "But if we put them under a microscope, we can see a cast of extraordinary characters that call these places home.” Pondlife will be open through March 2019. All ages.
