Bija Kids Birthday Parties

Held at a 2,500-square-foot Clinton Hill space, a customized Bija bash can incorporate yoga, music, dance, cooking or art at three different price points. The idea is to make the whole experience joyful for the birthday celebrants and relaxing for the parents. At the lower end of the price spectrum, a basic Playdate Party for eight children lasts an hour and a half. The Simple Birthday Party includes an instructor guiding 15 kids through an art, yoga or music activity; the family brings food and decorations, but Bija sets up, serves cake and cleans up. A deluxe two-hour option covers 45 minutes of art, music or yoga instruction, a host, decorations of fresh flowers, party favors and a repast of local food. Ages 1 to 8.
