BCA Halloween Arts & Crafts

Since your little trick-or-treater probably can't wait for Halloween, get in the spirit early at this free family craft event at Westchester Square's Huntington Free Library, sponsored by the Bronx Council on the Arts. Tots of all ages can use provided crayons, glue, paper and other supplies to create the creepy creature of their choice.
