34th Annual Village Halloween Costume Block Party

This spirited event takes over a block of East 10th Street for outdoor entertainment. Costumes, performances, food and music all contribute to an all-out assault on the senses. Following the alfresco activities, parents and older kids may want to stick around as TNC's four venues are transformed into a swanky spookfest, complete with cabaret shows, a costume contest and a champagne bar tended by a vampire ($20, costume or formalwear required).
