Wonderland

Now open in previews, the new Broadway musical takes audiences down a different rabbit hole from the one in Lewis Carroll's stories. Fans of the fantastical adventures will find a modern-day, grown-up Alice (Janet Dacal; In the Heights) who ventures into New York City's underground. Her young daughter makes the journey as well after she's kidnapped by the Mad Hatter (Kate Shindle; Legally Blonde). Alice purists will find all of the book's familiar kooky characters—White Rabbit, Caterpillar and Queen of Hearts. Ages 7 and up.
