Oliver Knussen's Where the Wild Things Are

SOLD OUT. The New York City Opera invites families to a special kid-friendly matinee of an opera based on the classic children's book by Maurice Sendak. As vocalists sing the tale of an imaginative little boy, related artworks made by children from City Opera's education programs will be projected onto a backdrop. The running time is 60 minutes with no intermission. Ages 5 and up.
