Handa's Surprise

Little ones are invited to come along on a journey during this short and sweet performance by London's Little Angel Theatre. The audience will watch as Handa, a young Kenyan girl, fills her basket with beautiful exotic fruits to take with her to the next village, but she'll need help figuring out what happens to her treats along the way. Playful puppet creatures, live music and dance come together to bring Eileen Browne's popular picture book to life. Kids will love singing and stomping along to the Swahili rhythms so much that they'll jump at the chance to dance around with the performers following the show. Ages six months to age 4.
