Hand Stories at the Lincoln Center Festival

A far cry from your typical puppet show, this wordless multimedia performance combines the ancient Chinese art of hand puppetry with music and video projections to tell the autobiographical story of puppeteer Yeung Faï’s world travels and the history of his family in 20th century China. Tweens will be fascinated by the realistic-looking puppets and kept interested by the playful storytelling. Ages 10 and up.
