Gotham Radio Theatre: Around the World in 80 Days

It’s been a long time since radio theater was considered the latest in entertainment, but Gotham Radio Theatre dusts off the old school genre in this brand-new (and kid-friendly) way with their live voice-only production of this classic adventure story. Feast your ears as Londoner Phileas Fogg and his French valet Passepartout accept a wager to circumnavigate the globe, while Scotland Yard detectives search for an elusive bank robber. Kids will also learn about the art of sound effects, watching the actors onstage as they recreate everyday sounds using props and technology. Ages 10 and up.
