Fleet Week Broadway Showcase

The third day of Fleet Week at Intrepid is chock-full of activities for everyone, from Harry Potter fans to circus performers–in-training. Little Broadway aficionados can take in a Broadway showcase hosted by Teddy Bergman and Greg Hildreth of Peter and the Starcatcher, with performances from cast members of Porgy & Bess, Chicago, Anything Goes, and more (noon-1pm). At 2pm, check out a Potted Potter performance from comedic duo Dan and Jeff, followed by the circus show Traces at 2:30pm. There will be a demonstration by the Gazillion Bubble Show—which lives up to its impressive name—at 3pm. Throughout the day, families can view demonstrations of military skills by the U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Army, as well as interactive displays from a slew of Broadway shows. Free. All ages.
