Titled ¡Viva Pinocho! in Spanish, this retelling of the classic folktale revises the story of a puppet who wants to be a real boy, into that of a young Mexican immigrant. Here Pinocchio embarks on a journey of self-discovery as he both embraces his heritage and the new country he calls home. Ages 8–14.
