Solstice 2012: Illuminate, Communicate + Listen

Gather around "Buckyball," Leo Villareal's soccer ball-shaped light installation, to welcome the official start of winter on the eve of the solstice. Yogi Elizabeth Rossa and performance artist Laurie Berg will lead families through a session of celestial communication, a yoga-inspired meditative practice that highlights harmony, intuition and contemplation. DJ James Healy provides the soundtrack to the illuminating event, with a score composed for the occasion. All ages.
