4th Annual Lower East Side Kids' Art Bike Parade

This year, the East Village Community Coalition holds its annual Kids’ Art Bike Parade alongside the season’s first Bike Bonanza. Children festoon their bicycles with zany decorations like streamers and pipe cleaners, then wind through the park in a procession. All ages.
