The Center for Fiction: KidsRead

Downtown Brooklyn's new literary hotspot boasts a wide range of events for bibliophiles big and small, including KidsRead. This program invites students from across the five boroughs—at no charge to the school—to meet authors they've been reading in class, ask questions, get their books signed and gain a love for literature in the process. The program has expanded with a new offering titled KidsWrite, a four-day workshop for budding authors in grades 10–12. Learn more about each offering here.
