Before having her daughter Olivia, now four, Chantal Scott was a visual merchandiser for Burberry, Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie. Now the Brooklyn mom has a new baby: a resale shop for kids. Named after her daughter and her dog, Bailey Boo, the store carries nearly new clothes for children ages newborn to six as well as toys from companies like Melissa & Doug.
