This refreshingly noncutesy pet-supply store will have your canine cruising down the sidewalk in high-quality, understated gear. The store’s new location (after moving from SoHo) features colorful goodies like collars, bowls and toys amid simple decor of textured white walls, light-wood cabinetry and concrete flooring. Bring your pooch in to peruse the enormous and tasteful collection of collars ($35–$175), leashes ($30–$100), travel bags ($100–$275), beds ($115–$260) and bowls ($23–$185). Also get your paws on handmade sterling silver name tags in charming shapes such as cupcakes and crowns ($60–$110). Keep your four-legged friend warm in reversible goose-down water-repellent jackets designed by owner Andy Schulman ($125), or pick up Creatures metal raised feeders ($110), which can reduce the risk of a bloated belly and alleviate pressure on Fido’s back. If your mutt is starting to stink, take him in for a full grooming session that includes a double shampoo, conditioning treatment, brush-out, haircut and nail maintenance ($85–$150). Despite the shop’s name, there are goodies for cats, too, including handmade toys ($9–$11), scratching posts ($130) and sack beds ($75).
