Owner Elliott Cortez combined his passion for gymnastics and expertise in child psychology to create the Elliot Method, a unique program that uses gymnastic movements to help children emotionally and intellectually. The skill-building classes are designed to let kids release their energy and have fun. During open play (only offered in the fall and winter), kids can use the tumble track, balance beam, swing bar and the assorted obstacle courses. Age groups have designated open play times (10-11am: crawling to 23 months; 11am-noon: ages 2 to 3, noon-2pm: all ages) so that even your youngest tot can enjoy a safe and fun time at the gym. Also available is a dance program where kids can learn ballet and hip hop as well as a free infant class (6 months and under) that introduces babies to new sounds and movements through the use of bells, hoops, music and vivid colors. Ages newborn to 14 years.
