Calling all paleontologists: A dino-mite drive-thru experience has just debuted right outside New York City.

If you loved the Bronx Zoo's Dinosaur Safari and have been known to frequent AMNH's "T. Rex: The Ultimate Predator" you'll want to snag tickets to Jurassic Quest ($49 per vehicle). From now until Oct 18, the event will operate at both the Point Lookout Town Beach on Long Island and MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

Simply put: This is Jurassic Park come to life (with a few notable differences, of course). Wandering through the grounds at 5mph, families can take a trip back in time to the Cretaceous, Jurassic and Triassic periods as 70+ larger-than-life animatronic creatures like T. rex, Spinosaurus and Triceratops roam about. There is a digital audio tour to accompany all guests who pull into these prehistoric times. (Plus, you'll get a free, safari-style family photo on the way out!)

Originally an indoor event, the touring Jurassic Quest has made the appropriate social distancing changes so that dino fans can enjoy these cool reptiles safely without interacting with the public. No word on whether or not the dinosaurs will be social distancing as well.
