Time Out says

The New York Youth Symphony is celebrating its 50th season! Composed of some of the brightest young musicians in the country, the program focuses on orchestral, chamber and jazz arrangements, as well as conducting and composition. Tonight's concert opens the season with solo performances and visits from alumni, including Cho-Liang Lin, the NYYS concertmaster in the 1970s. All ages.
