In recognition of the still-thriving Russian culture in the Brighton Beach area of Brooklyn, the Brooklyn Phil has put together a concert that would be right at home in an early 19th-century Eastern Europe. Local Russian musicians perform music by Stravinsky, Shostakovich and Prokofiev with a folksy flair. All ages.
