"The Four Seasons"

This series of sculptures by Philip Haas is made up of four 15-foot tall portrait busts, each one representing a different season. Haas finds inspiration in classical Renaissance form, yet blows up his subjects to colossal sizes and portrays them with hints of surrealism. In Winter, for example, the skin of the bust is made up of tree limbs and bark, whereas Summer's complexion is all flowers. All ages.
