The Bridge Projects: Patrick Martinez

Kicking off a new series of installations in the Bridge, formerly known as the Groove Tube, is this work by Patrick Martinez. The ethereal installation, which kids can walk through and even (gently) touch, is made of a construction kit he designed called JIX (its pieces resemble drinking straws). Kids can build their own JIX projects in the Fine Art Studio, though they can't take them home. But the kit is sold at the museum, so fear not if your crew gets hooked. All ages.
