Time Out says

Founded in 2001, MoCCA embraces every genre of comic and cartoon art and hosts regular lectures and events with creators and experts. Revolving exhibitions in its two galleries feature anime, cartoons, comic strips, political satire and graphic novels, among other strands. Each spring, the museum hosts the MoCCA Festival, a celebration of comic art bringing together established and emerging artists and fans.
